The Servants 4 Him team does a lot of things really well; dental clinics, English classes, homes for widows, water filters, clean-burning stoves and children’s ministry just to name a few. As we pursue these practical ministries in local villages, our goal is to come alongside local churches and pastors and serve them; to help them to reach their communities.
Sadly, we have discovered that many local church leaders are not comfortable with their own personal Bible study. Therefore, many feel ill-equipped to read the Scriptures and then pass on what they are learning to the people of their congregation. In many ways this is a dangerous epidemic.
We’d like to help change that…
On a regular basis, we get to train church leaders in Inductive Bible Study. This is, and will continue to be, an effective way to reach leaders, but we need to do more.
The S4H vision is to operate a Bible Training Center that would be able to house pastors and their families and allow us to not only give them spiritual tools for Bible study but also train them in reaching their own communities through practical helps like water filtration and clean-burning stoves.
We’ve been praying and searching for just the right place for this facility and are asking you to pray for discernment and provision for the S4H team as we move closer to seeing this dream become a reality.
